Synopsis
Mandarina was commissioned to carry out a strategic review of the residency programme of the Delfina Foundation (www.delfinafoundation.com) and to propose a model for developing future partnerships in the UK and in the Middle East. The Foundation’s aim is to support cross-cultural exchange between artists living in the West and the East, with the Middle East as its initial focus. Their principal activity is a programme of residencies for artists to enable them to explore the links between the arts and civic society from architecture to human rights.
